How do I get financial help?

If you are in need of financial help, please contact Maximus HEALTH SYSTEMS at 1-800-609-7893. They will schedule a home assessment and during that time, you will be given information that pertains to finances and eligibility. At the time of the assessment, you will have the opportunity to let the assessor know of your choice of a Home Care Agency.
